Escape Massage follows a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour period a 50-100% fee of the service scheduled will be charged. A 10% transaction fee is applied to all refunds. All refund requests must be made within 6 days of canceled appointment.
